Despatch Times
Our Working Days are Monday to Friday for despatch and exclude all weekends and UK public holidays, deliveries only take place during working days. We also offer international shipping to anywhere in the world.

The charge made for this service is £3.95 for weight of up to 1kg.
The charge for 1kg - 2kg weight (usually two Gonk's) £7.82

Busy Periods & Weather Issues
We would ask you to allow adequate delivery time when placing your order in the weeks building up to holiday times, especially Christmas or during problematic times for the delivery services, such as extreme weather conditions.
Your Goods Have Not Arrived
We know that the vast majority of our parcels are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, we also understand, regrettably, that this will never always be the case with any delivery company.
If your parcel has not arrived, in the first instance, please check your order confirmation and the postal service that you have chosen. You will then know whether these should already have been delivered.
We would ask you to bear with the delivery companies during busy periods, especially Christmas, and where weather is known to be causing disruption to transport and deliveries.
Damaged on Arrival
Assuming that your order should already be with you but has arrived damaged, please message us at alisonjanecreations20@gmail.com Please include your order number, images of the damage, packaging etc in your message and we will investigate this and let you have an update promptly.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Our products are handmade with great attention to detail and are tailored to each individual’s needs. We are dedicated to making sure your experience with us is unforgettable.
Regrettably due to all Gonk's being bespoke and made to order, we DO NOT accept returns.
Excemption to the Rule
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition.
If you find the items you have ordered have arrived faulty, damaged, please message us at alisonjanecreations20@gmail.com, Please let us know what your issues are, including your order number and pictures of any problems which should include any damaged packaging. We will promptly investigate these for you and provide you with a meaningful response within 1 -2 working days.
Returns
A printed copy of your message should then be sent to us with the goods.

Postage costs for the return of these items are your responsibility. We suggest that you obtain a receipt of posting, for your own protection, from the Post Office or other carrier, which is provided free of charge.
Refunds for the cost of goods will be processed within 3 to 5 days of our receipt of the goods, using the same method as the original order was paid for.
Cancellation
Due to each Gonk is made to order, specifically for yourself, once production has begun regrettably we are unable to accept cancellation.
